Dear Agent Redd,

When my mother decided to sell her house, she looked to me to select her agent. I know many real estate agents but you were the only one I considered. My mother is in her seventies, needy and extremely fickle. To make matters worse, she had to not only sell her home in California, but also move to another state without me there to help her. You stepped up to the plate and gave her the support she needed to make that huge transition, and I thank you for that. I don't think anyone could have handled things any better. You went above and beyond your duties by taking her to the bank and giving her a shoulder to cry on when times got tough. I could only be there by phone but you made yourself physically available whenever she needed you. Thank you so much! I know a lot of agents would have only been in it for the money, but you clearly care for your clients. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future

Sincerely,

Deidre Harris

Hi Redd,

My mother's townhouse in Briarwood sold this last January, and Sharon "Redd" Anderson was the agent that listed the property for me. Redd was very helpful in getting the townhouse sold for the asking price, but also assisted me in taking care of my mother's furniture and clothing items. Since I live and work over fifty miles from Briarwood, Redd took care of other matters, such as, meeting with the inspectors at the townhouse, ordering trash bins, seeing that the trash container was out on collection day, and keeping me well informed on the progress of the sale and escrow. This all took place in record time, since the buyers wanted a thirty day or less escrow. During this whole process, Redd demonstrated just what a caring, efficient, and professional real estate agent should be. My mother passed away in early January, and this was the reason for the sale of her townhouse. Redd took the time to listen and talk to me about my mother, and came to the funeral home to pay her respects. I appreciated the understanding and concern for my feelings at a very difficult time. I don't know what i would have done without her as my real estate agent. I highly recommend Redd to anyone who wants not only a great agent but a great person to sell their property.

Best regards,

Ronald B. Thomas

To Sharon "Agent Redd" Anderson

When my Mother passed away last May , we discovered that one of her final requests was to liquidated all her assets, which included two real estate properties. Since one property was a rental and managed by a real estate company, we decided to let them handle that sale. We believed that they were familiar with the property and said they knew about probate sale.

For my mother's primary residence we were introduced to Agent Redd. We liked her as soon as we met her. The house was a mess due to the number of cats that had lived here and the house had been sealed up so tight by my Mother, which caused quite a bit of dampness. Well , let us just say that it was more than a mess. But, Redd with her cheery personality and positive attitude, made us comfortably from the very beginning. She told  us not to worry about things that she could get it done for us, She said "That's what I do." Redd saved me not only from worry, but from have to travel to California, more than just one time, when I had a garage sale and signed the contract with her to sell the house.

Agent Redd did an outstanding job of taking care of business, and she got the house sold within the 90 days probate agreement. She called or faxed us with information  on regular basis and we never had to "fret." She was honest and forthcoming with communication skills are wonderful. She also took care of all the messy little details, which I never would  have thought to have done. Would I hire her again? Not only would I hire her again, I did!

Since there had been no movement, and not much communication, on the second property, and it appeared that the other real estate company had no experience in handling Probate Estates, at the end of the 90 day agreement, i hired agent Redd to handle the rental property also. The rental presented a whole new set of issued. The renter's did not what to cooperate with showing the property, and they did not want to move out, which resulted in going through an eviction process. I was very disappointed about that, but Redd jumped right in and got us in touch with the right people, got the paper work rowing, and even went to court in my absence. The following wee, that house was also sold in probate court.

So would I recommend Sharon "Agent Redd" Anderson to handle any of your Real Estate needs. That answer is "YES" if you want a competent, reliable, trustworthy, Realtor, who goes out of her way to take care of business, will communicate with you on every detail, then your choice should be any easy one. Her name is Agent Redd. She will keep you on track and keep you off the worry train.

Sincerely and respectfully,

Sylvia & John
